10. "Primetime" Sanders - Everyone will disagree with this one, but he made us pay attention to players like: Devin Hester, Rocket, Hall, C Woodson. I would put Rod Woodson, but he didn't bring the spark that Sanders brought.

i heard that the Ultimate Warrior is coming back in June 2008 but not in WWE. I hope one day he could be in the wwe ring once more. so, here's my question to all of u guys, IF one day the warrior return to WWE, who do u think the most suitable recent superstar that can compete with him? my suggestion is Batista. look at the way he wrestle, its almost the same as the warrior. but warrior is more energetic. so post your opinion. bye!

Britney Spears to return to MTV's VMA with Michael Phelps?

Washington, Aug 28 : Popstar Britney Spears is planning to return to MTV's VMA accompanied by Olympic golden boy Michael Phelps, it has emerged.

The 'Hit Me Baby One More Time' hitmaker has expressed her wish to present the show, after her manager scrapped her live performance at the show.

"She hopes to share the stage with Michael Phelps," Contactmusic quoted a source, as telling US weekly.

The MTV Video Music Awards are slated for September 8th 2008.

Meanwhile, Britney has gone for a complete makeover, as she is said to be sporting a very elegant hairstyle.

Before I jump into what we did last night I wanted to add, I don't know WHY i'm not so thrilled about that weight this morning. Tomorrow is official WID, but I think my gears might actually be switching now that I move closer to my goal. Could it be I'm beginning to detach from the scale?

This week was yet another eye-opener for noticing changes in things other than the scale. I noticed fat folds that have disappeared, others that are noticeably smaller and my calves are becoming more lean than I've ever seen them. My arms are showing more and more definition and I can grab less "bye-bye arm". I have to make mention of the fact that, even though I’m not back to my previous low from my earlier years, I’m at a whole new level of fitness and leanness. I have much more muscle and it’s showing through like never before. All of this seems to be out weighing that scale. ;)

Workout last night was BEAUTIFUL! Loved it. I’m really starting to trust Mark a lot more and his suggestions, even if I have my freak outs now and again.

Mark looked over my food log and said, yes, the pizza from the cheat meal would make me retain some water. I just KNEW he would tell me to stop the cheat meals when he saw that, actually hoping he would, but instead he said continue with them. He said it’s only water, you are just playing mind games with yourself. I said I’d continue, but I’m only giving it 2 weeks before I start bit**ing at him. I didn’t see the point in spending the whole week trying to break even again. He told me I had to give it longer than that – 3 weeks. I agreed. So that’s where we are.

I do have to say something strange may be taking place by being told by my trainer (one of experience, intelligence, and knowledge – trained) that I can (allowed, granted permission) eat these “forbidden” foods. Like I’m being freed from a prison I’ve trapped myself in for many, many years. It seems to make my relationship with food a healthy one. Crazy mental games.

A2. Walking Lunges w/ Reverse Walking Lunges

Set 1 & 2 – 12 both ways body weight
Set 3-5 – 12 both ways 2x15lb DBs (set 5 I took a couple extra steps in reverse as he smiled at me – ooops.)

B1. Plate Weighted Diagonal Leg Press

Set 1 & 2 – alternating toes/feet neutral x10, toes out feet out x10 repeat 4x = 40 reps - 90lbs
Set 3& 4 – 140lbs (some assistance at end)

I really loved this workout, I enjoy leg workouts.  Hell, at this point I enjoy it all, but I’ve always liked working my legs. I love the warm burn I get in them – it’s relaxing. 

Sooooooooo... Mark says he really wants to see me 3x a week. He says he just knows he could get me to the next level since he knows my ultimate goal. Is he getting excited? Or is he thinking $$?? I’m bad, but my radars are on, I haven’t gained full trust with him yet – I’m working on that. I’m so bad. I’m thinking… I can do most of these workouts on my.  I’ve made it to a new level within myself as well.  That is, my mind is stronger when it comes to training. I can push myself further than before. What is it that he can do that I can’t, as far as my workouts? And if he felt that I needed him why couldn’t he write me a routine? He admits I’m more advanced than just needing 2 sessions a week – he says I need at least 3. I agree, but I also feel I’m advanced enough to handle those other 1 or 2 on my own.  Besides, all this time away, when I have a “gym” at home, is interfering with my marriage. I’ve got to find some compromise.

5-6pm was ST with Mark then I waited an hour and half and went to spin class. In between I had my BCAAs, protein and an all natural applesauce. 45 min. of spin was great! I was afraid how I would handle it with my legs being completely exhausted, but I thoroughly enjoyed it, other than the poor selection of music. Who am I? :)

Today I find it interesting that I’m choosing what my cheat meal will be tomorrow. Something still very weird about all this. 2 more weeks. ;)

Have been sent an intruiging box of biking er, stuff, this week. I've got some of those really gloopy mouldable earplugs that leave a weird residue on your hands when you mould them. Really should do that because I've been wearing normal earplugs that you use for sleeping when on motorways (which is not often) and they just fall out inside my helmet the whole time.


There are no copies of Easy Rider in the high-street stores

Anyway, that's the easy bit to figure out. I've also been sent a really heavy package which, the label tells me, contains R&G Racing crash protectors to protect my frame. Given that the bits are heavy and metallic, I'm assuming they're to protect my bike's frame, not mine.

I have to say, given my track record (one big crash, one dropped bike resulting in disaster), I should probably figure out where and how to fit them, but I don't hold out much hope because I couldn't even work out how to fit a topbox to the Kwak.

Oh, and I'd like to say that I tried to buy a copy of Easy Rider on DVD at the weekend, and the three major high-street DVD stores I went into had all sold out... maybe my  and Highwaylass's following is bigger than I thought...

Without you, I would not be where I am today. Before you came into my life I really didn’t have much hope. It was hard enough being only 18, but having to help take care of Josh, Jeremiah, and Charis just seemed overwhelming at times. You became part of the family instantly and I thank you so much for accepting us as we were. I know a lot of people just wouldn’t even take a chance but you never thought twice.

 

I know it was tough, seeing as they all took our parents loss in different ways, but you really did help each and every one of us. Now, Jeremiah is already in High School, about to graduate, and I know you are a big part of his success. And again, I thank you for that.

 

Now, we have a beautiful baby boy and I really think that the only way things can get any better, is for us to finally walk down the isle together, hand in hand, as husband and wife.

I thought the noise of the possums and wallabies would quiet down as the winter went on and feed was easier to find. But they still seem to be lurking around in the suburban gardens when I take the dog out for a late-night walk.

Even on a dark night you can tell the difference. If it's a possum, they wait till you've crossed to the other side of the road, then they start making bad-tempered coughing sounds at you. But if you go past somebody's garden and you hear that characteristic boing-boing sound retreating into the darkness, it'll be a wallaby.

They first started moving into the suburbs last summer when the drought caused a shortage of feed. I knew that wallabies liked flowers -- a friend of a friend has special permission to keep a wallaby in his backyard and it loves a rose as a special treat. But I hadn't expected them to move into the gardens in my sister's street.

One of her neighbours showed me the whitewashed front wall of his garden and you could plainly see the marks of the wallabies' feet where they'd tried to scale the wall. He's given up trying to grow anything in his backyard because they sneak down the hill at night and eat everything in sight.

And yet my sister, who would love to have a few wallabies going through her paddock, never sees them on her side of the road. Either they don't like crossing the road or they won't go through the poultry and horses that populate the property.

What will happen in the Spring? We'll just have to wait and see.
